Ingredients
- Helen Browning’s Organic Pulled Pork with Turmeric, Five Spice & Honey
- Seedy flat breads
- 1 large avocado lightly crushed
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper
- 4 baby tomatoes
- ¼ cucumber cut into chunks
- handful of coriander, chopped
Method
Step 1
Cook the Pork Belly as instructed on the pack, when done remove and shred using 2 forks. Drizzle the cooking sauces over the top and keep warm.
Step 2
Season the mashed avocado with lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped coriander to taste.
Step 3
Lightly toast the flat bread then load with crushed avocado, sprinkle with cucumber chunks and tomato slices then fill with pulled pork.
