Delivery costs

We charge a flat rate of £7.95 for all deliveries to mainland UK. 

Do you deliver to me?

Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. This excludes the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands.  Some products, particularly fresh foods, may not be able to be sent to these locations due to transit times. If it is possible to arrange delivery to these areas due to the product in question, a surcharge may be payable for deliveries to these locations.

How does my meat stay chilled?

All chilled items are delivered in thermal packaging with chill packs, to remain deliciously cold during the journey and on your doorstep. Our special sustainable thermal packaging can be reused or recycled. Our chill packs are pure water and can be reused – pop them in your freezer to use another time – or emptied down your sink, and the plastic pack recycled.  

When will my delivery be dispatched?

We dispatch twice a week, depending on available stock. Fresh meat is ordered specially for dispatch, so there may be a small delay in sending out your parcel – this is to ensure your purchases are of premium quality.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

From the freezer

From the freezer

We sell a limited selection of frozen meat, which is ideal for local collection, but we are happy to dispatch for 24hr delivery.

Please note: product may begin to thaw during transport and should be left to thoroughly defrost in the fridge and then used within 24hrs – except for the Lamb Box, which will remain frozen and can be returned to your freezer on arrival.

Do not refreeze a partially defrosted item. However, if you cook a previously frozen raw product, then it is safe to refreeze. 

Frozen products have a Best Before date of 3 months from the ‘Frozen on’ date, which is clearly marked on the pack. 

 

Christmas 

How do I pre-order for Christmas

Our Christmas pre-order shop is now open. Preorders are a seperate order from our regular shop, and you will be asked to register for a account. 

Don’t wait too long to order; we have limited supplies. 

Christmas deliveries

We will deliver your festive food as close to the big day as possible. Look out for an email message, sent when we can confirm.
