Rachel Phipps is a food writer, and was keen to try our Good Beef so created the ultimate Steak and Ale pie. Her recipe includes a mustard pastry crust, juicy tender pieces of beef, a good British ale and plenty of mushrooms for the ‘ultimate’ weekend cooking project.
