For a simple but delicious supper, combine these easy beef tacos with your favourite salads and sides for a real crowd pleaser.  


  • 1 x 400g pack Helen Browning’s Organic Beef Mince
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil 
  • 3 garlic gloves, crushed 
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano 
  • 2 tsp ground cumin 
  • 2 tsp paprika  
  • Cheddar (or any cheese of your choice)
  • Pinch of chilli flakes  
  • Taco shells or soft wheat flatbreads


  • Heat a large frying pan on a high heat, then brown the mince 
  • Remove and season with salt and pepper, or any seasonings you might like  
  • Add the oil to the pan and fry the garlic, oregano and spices for 1 min 
  • Return the beef to the pan and toss well, then cook for 2-3 mins until hot through 
  • Warm the taco shells as per pack instructions  
  • Fill with beef and add any salad and salsas  
  • Sprinkle with cheese to serve
