For a simple but delicious supper, combine these easy beef tacos with your favourite salads and sides for a real crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1 x 400g pack Helen Browning’s Organic Beef Mince
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3 garlic gloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- Cheddar (or any cheese of your choice)
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- Taco shells or soft wheat flatbreads
Method:
- Heat a large frying pan on a high heat, then brown the mince
- Remove and season with salt and pepper, or any seasonings you might like
- Add the oil to the pan and fry the garlic, oregano and spices for 1 min
- Return the beef to the pan and toss well, then cook for 2-3 mins until hot through
- Warm the taco shells as per pack instructions
- Fill with beef and add any salad and salsas
- Sprinkle with cheese to serve
