Create a fun twist on a simple gin cocktail using grapefruit juice to add a gorgeous coral hue and a subtle sweet citrus flavour. It’s pink, fresh and flavorful. An impressive cocktail ready in no time at all.
Ingredients per 2 serves:
- 60ml Helen Browning’s Sea Buckthorn & Pear organic gin
- 60ml pink grapefruit juice
- 60ml tonic water, or soda
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- grapefruit slices for garnish
- ice cubes
Chill cocktail shaker, gin, tonic and glasses in the freezer 30 minutes before serving so everything is cold.
Pour the gin and pink grapefruit into a cocktail shaker to mix.
Add ice to your glasses. Place one rosemary sprig in each glass.
Pour the gin mixture over the ice and add the tonic water.
Garnish with slices of grapefruit.
