A spritz is a perfect apéro cocktail – refreshing and low-alcohol. It opens the palate instead of overwhelming it, making it an ideal pairing with whatever delicious snacks you are serving.
- Ice
- 25ml Helen Browning’s Organic Blackcurrant Sylvan Spirit
- 50ml Rosé, chilled
- Sparkling water, chilled
- 1 sprig of herbaceous herb – thyme works well – to serve
- Fresh raspberries, to serve
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Blackcurrant Spirit, then wine. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with herb sprig and raspberries.
