Our citrus forward gin works perfectly in a gin hot toddy, boosted with honey to stave off sore throat season.

1 cup hot water (not boiling)
1 tbsp honey
45ml Helen Browning’s Organic Gin with sea buckthorn and pear
Juice of half a freshly squeezed orange (about 1 tbsp)

In a warmed cup or heatproof glass, add honey to 200ml hot water. Stir to dissolve. Add gin and orange juice. Stir. Garnish with an orange slice.
