BBQ Boxes

There are three BBQ Boxes for you to chose from. BBQ Box no.1 contains 4 beef or pork burgers, 2 beef steaks, 6 pork hot dogs and an organic meat seasoning. No. 2 BBQ Box contains 4 beef burgers, 2 beef steaks, 6 pork hot dogs, salt and pepper baby back ribs, smoked steaky bacon and an organic meat seasoning. BBQ Box no.3 contains 4 beef burgers, 2 beef steaks, 12 pork hot dogs, slow cooked BBQ spiced pulled pork, smoked streaky bacon, salt and pepper baby back ribs, BBQ sauce and an organic meat seasoning.

Below are the salad recipes to go with whichever BBQ Box you decide depending on how big your BBQ is going to be.

Summer Allotment Salad

Summer Allotment Salad is an potato salad with an English mustard dressing. If you do not have any of the vegetables in the recipe, add whatever crunchy vegetables you have got in your fridge. Our personal favorites to add are fennel, celery and spring onions.

Egg & Parsley Salad with Watercress Dressing

Egg & parsley salad with a watercress dressing is the ideal addition to your summer BBQ. Sprinkled with chilli salt to add an extra bit of spice!

Watermelon & Spinach Super Salad

Add 3 out of you 5-a-day to your BBQ by using this one salad recipe! This refreshing super salad is perfect for a hot summers day!

Fennel, Roast Lemon & Tomato Salad

Fennel, roast lemon & tomato salad creates a colourful, summer dish perfect for sharing! Our top tip is to use a mixture of cherry tomatoes and some larger tomatoes.

Melon & Tomato Salad with Mint & Elderflower Dressing

This refreshing melon & tomato salad with mint & elderflower dressing uses the freshest ingredients. Adding a vibrant colour to your BBQ. Our top tip, use a mixture of colours and sizes of tomatoes to make the salad more interesting. You can also add more cream to the dressing to make it more milder to suit your tastes.

Epic Summer Salad

This epic summer salad is perfect BBQs, with no cooking required you can create an impressive summer feast. If you do not have a food processor just finely chop the ingredients. Perfect for everyone!

Pesto Pasta Salad

Combining cucumber, peas, cherry tomatoes and basil creating a perfect summer favorite. If you have leftovers from your BBQ, it is great for lunch or take it on a summery picnic.

Crunchy Bulgur Salad

This vibrant summer salad combined with radishes, edamame beans, peppers, almonds and herbs all drizzled with a citrus dressing. This salad will keep for around 2 days, perfect to make a day in advance and be prepared for guests coming.
