To celebrate Organic September we’re busy organising Eastbrook’s Grand Day Out on Saturday 11th of September. Organic September is a month- long campaign to raise awareness of the many benefits of food and farming. Benefits of going organic include supporting biodiversity and wildlife, helping to combat climate change, the highest standards of animal welfare, reduced exposure to pesticides and food you can trust.
This day of simple indulgence as the summer draws to a close. We’re devoting a day to show you everything we do. We’re going to feed you, make you some lovely drinks, take you round the farm and show you walks, wildlife and beautiful animals.
Hot drinks, breakfast rolls and pastries will be available from 9am. Following on from that, day-long dazzling array of food from the garden kitchen. Staggered throughout the day will be a variety of events. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to do everything you want to!
A selection of pre-paid events and free events will be available ranging from wildlife walks, foraging walks and birds of prey talks. Prepaid events are to be booked on the website or following this link here. Join us for beer, bubbles & cocktails; organic pizzas, salads, burgers & Ray’s ice cream and then dance your way into the evening with some local live music!
