Organic Beef Stock Bones

Home-made beef stock has a marvellous depth of flavour, full of vitamins and collagen goodness. We recommend blanching bones in boiling water for 15 minutes, rinsing and then roasting to a rich colour (add onions, carrots, celery too) before covering with fresh water and simmering for up to 12 hours for a simple, nourishing bone broth.
