These sausages are very versatile, they are happily griddled, barbequed, fried or heated in very hot water. They are perfect for the BBQ but equally work well as a main meal with mash and veg. They are ideal for home freezing and make a great stand-by for ravenous children and unexpected guests.

Grill: Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 4 minutes (from frozen allow 8 minutes on low-medium heat) turning once. Fry: Heat 10ml of oil in frying pan over a medium heat and fry for 5 minutes (from frozen allow 12 minutes on low heat) turning once. In hot water: poach gently in very hot water for 5 mins.
