Eastbrook Farm, near Swindon, Wiltshire, is offering an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in organic horticulture and agroforestry. This role could suit either an employed position or a self-employed business opportunity, depending on experience and ambition.
About the Farm & Growing Systems
Eastbrook Farm is a thriving, mixed organic farm with a strong focus on regenerative agriculture and short food supply chains. Alongside the main livestock operation, we run:

Produce from these enterprises supplies our on-site pub and hotel, farm shop, and selected wholesale customers.

The successful candidate will work across both horticulture and agroforestry, with tasks varying according to seasonal priorities. This is a hands-on, practical role with real scope to develop skills, responsibility and leadership over time.
You’ll be working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, with the opportunity to learn from highly experienced practitioners including Pete Richardson and Ben Raskin.
