Wow, our first time trying Helen’s ex-dairy heard, better than I had expected, I can see why it is highly regarded in south America.. Really rich flavour and stays moist and tender with all the marbled and layerd fat that melted through it on my five hour low n slow roast. Made a nice 50th treat, better than most beef and cheaper than a meal out .
