An exciting product for BBQ fans

Pork Short Ribs are flavourful and tender cuts from the loin area of the pig, known for marvellous fat marbling. Traditionally ribs are cooked on a grill, usually on an outside barbecue, however, you can also cook them in either an oven or slow cooker, best done on a low heat over a long period of time to allow the meat to tenderise.

Typically 4 racks of ribs per pack. Dispatched frozen.
