Quick cooking, tender and versatile

Organic lamb leg steaks. Weights vary.

Brush with oil, season well and fry, BBQ or grill (medium to high heat) for approx. 4 mins per side for medium. Leave to rest for 5 mins before serving. Ideal with strong flavours, such as rosemary, mint or capers.

For family meals, quick cooking or slow-cook; for the grill, oven or BBQ. In convenient sized packs, carefully prepared by our specialist butchers. Dispatched frozen. Stock released weekly.

We have a limited quantity of delicious lamb from our friends at Drovers Hill Farm. The sheep graze on the lush grass of their Oxfordshire pastures, run with the same organic passion as Helen. Careful management allows a wealth of biodiversity and maintains the farm’s healthy soil without the use of chemicals and artificial fertilisers.

As active outdoor livestock, the animals build up muscle naturally, giving their meat a tender texture with heaps of flavour.
