Our pork sausagemeat is from Saddleback outdoor reared pigs that have taken longer to mature and carry the essential fat that produces really succulent, flavoursome meat.

Organically raised pork is better for the animal, the local ecology and for our customers, producing exceptionally tasting, ethically reared meat that you can trust completely.

A word from Helen: I love my pigs! I’ve farmed them since 1986 here at Eastbrook in Wiltshire, where I keep rare breed Saddleback sows. We work with 3 or 4 other farmers, and they share my philosophy – give livestock freedom, in almost every sense, and they deliver great tasting food.

Cooking instructions: Bake in the oven or fry until piping hot and juices run clear.

Store between 0-4°C and use within 2 days of opening. Cook before eating. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use
and use on same day. Do not refreeze after thawing.
