Please note: Our fresh pork is not sold in the usual Helen Browning’s branded packs. This is pork from our organic pigs, prepared by a local butcher in conversion to organic. We hope to complete full certification by the end of January 2025.
Coarsely minced shoulder, leg and belly cuts produce a mince with great flavour, tender and just enough fat to stay moist during cooking – perfect for a wide range of delicious dishes. Dispatched frozen.

Helen Browning’s saddleback pigs are a slow-growing breed, renowned for the flavour of their meat. The herd is fed on a simple cereal diet alongside foraging organic herb-rich grass and surplus seasonal fruit and veg from Abel & Cole.
