Cooked these for my husband’s tea with chips and an egg. Fantastic. Not overly salted, good flavour, juicy – and so quick to cook. No fat either. Excellent, will buy again.

I was gifted a pack of these on the product launch and I was really pleased with the quality of the steaks. Really lean, no fatty edges. Quite thin so didn’t take long to cook and really juicy and tasty. Quite salty as you would expect gammon steaks to be so didn’t need any additional seasoning but not overly so. All in all a really tasty product and great to see an organic option.
