Our organic lamb is bred and reared in Buckinghamshire on lush organic pastures. The meat is rich in nutrients and full of robust, distinctive flavour. Our whole lamb boxes are excellent value and offer a full range of cuts (leg, shoulder, chops etc), quantities vary on weight.
Our organic lamb meat box contains a range of lamb cuts from a whole organic lamb; butchered into larger joints including legs and shoulders as well as chops, cutlets and mince. Excellent value for money, different weights available.
Larger boxes may contain additional cuts such as diced lamb and shanks.
An example box contains: mince, legs x2, shoulders x2, neck fillet, kidney, chops and cutlets.
