It’s back! With an improved recipe (and less salt) organic cooking chorizo made from Helen Browning’s free-range, highest welfare rare-breed pigs . A matured, semi-dry chorizo with a hint of chilli to enhance many dishes.

Incredibly versatile and easy to cook, this soft, cured sausage can be baked, grilled, fried, poached or thrown in a casserole with equally good results. A must for adding a mediterranean flavour to Paella and delicious with barbequed chicken.

Helen Browning’s Organic Cooking Chorizo is a spanish-style smoked pork sausage flavoured with paprika and garlic. Made from high-welfare, free range pork, certified organic. Ideal for keeping handy in the fridge to add warmth to many dishes.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened use within 2 days. Cook before eating. Ideal for home freezing, freeze before use by date and best used within 3 months. Do not refreeze after thawing.

    I keep a couple of packs in the freezer at all times, just in case. Adds a punch of flavour to chilli. Good to know the pigs are looked after so well.
