Smoked Back Bacon

Helen Browning’s Organic Smoked Back Bacon: Dry cured lightly smoked back bacon made from organic pork. Traditionally dry cured by hand then lightly smoked using fricton smoked FSC beech blocks.
Grill or fry for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure bacon is piping hot before serving.

Store in the fridge. Once opened use within 3 days. Ideal for home freezing. If freezing do so on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost throughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing. Grill or fry for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure bacon is piping hot before serving.
