Made from Saddleback pigs that are outdoor reared and given the time to mature slowly, this is pork with the right amount of fat, which means flavour, succulence and stuffing that doesn’t dry out on the big day.

Traditional
Simply seasoned organic, free-range pork. Rich, savoury and perfect for sausage rolls, stuffing balls or adding depth to your Christmas recipes.
Apple & Leek
Organic, free-range pork blended with apple and leek for a gently fruity twist. Ideal for sausage rolls or a stuffing that brings a little brightness to the plate.

Store between 0-4?C and use within 2 days of opening. Cook before eating. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use and use on same day. Do not refreeze after thawing.
