Organic pig cheeks are a highly underrated and often under used cut of pork that offer so many fantastic uses in the kitchen, whilst also delivering a delicious flavour and texture to dishes.
Our organic pigs cheeks come from the highest welfare UK farmed pigs which have a full free range life.
The cheek muscle is one of those which gets plenty of use during the pigs life, this means flavoursome, and amazing texture.
Best used by slow cooking in a stew or ragu, keep whole and braise, or chop or mince them. Slow cooking allows the meat time to tenderise and become fantastically tasty.
