Beef Sirloin Steak
£18.00
Grass-fed steak for tender, buttery eating.
With a deep flavour and generous marbling. Sirloin is leaner than ribeye, but still has a strip of fat across the cap. Cook fat edge-down in the pan to render out the fat so it can help baste the steak. Best cooked to medium rare and left to rest for five minutes before serving.
2x 190-220g steaks per pack.
Beef steaks are sourced from our local butchers – their Pasture for Life pedigree Hereford cattle are reared only on grass and the wood pasture of the Savernake Forest. Certified as Pasture for Life and in Organic Conversion.

Where does our beef come from?
We source beef from a local Wiltshire farm which shares our commitment to sustainable, ethical farming. They have a herd of 90 organic, 100% grass-fed Hereford beef cows, certified Pasture for Life. Their cows play an important role in conservation grazing, helping to care for precious landscapes like the Savernake Forest and Stonebridge Meadow in Marlborough.
There is a wider range of beef cuts available from our farm shop here in Bishopstone, so if there is a particular product you would like, please get in touch orders@helenbrowningsorganic.co.uk
