A word from Helen: I love my pigs! I’ve farmed them since 1986 here at Eastbrook in Wiltshire, where I keep rare breed Saddleback sows. We work with 3 or 4 other farmers, and they share my philosophy – give livestock freedom, in almost every sense, and they deliver great tasting food.
Cooking instructions: Bake in the oven or fry until piping hot and juices run clear.
Helen Browning’s saddleback pigs enjoy a natural diet, free from unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics or GM feed. They spend their days outdoors on organic pasture and are certified organic by the Soil Association.

Excellent. A really meaty sausage, with great bite. A satisfying portion too – one sausage in a sandwich for breakfast and I felt really full – must be those added oats and extra protein. Will buy again.
