Cooking suggestion:
Add a little oil to a pan, sear diced pork for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of jar over meat, bring to a gentle simmer and cover. Cook gently for around 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through, Serve on a bed of freshly prepared pilau or plain rice or with fluffy naan breads.
For a vegetarian option just add your veggies of choice and a jar of chick peas and heat through for a satisfying quick and easy dinner in minutes.
