• 1 pack Helen Browning’s Organic Pulled Pork with BBQ spice
  • 4 bread rolls
  • 4tbsp your favourite BBQ Sauce (optional)


  • ¼ red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ red chilli, seeds removed, chopped
  • 90g mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Sweet potato wedges, to serve


To reheat, preheat the oven to 180˚C. Empty the contents of the pack into an ovenproof dish. Cook for 20 minutes until piping hot. Remove pork from its juices and pull into pieces with 2 forks. Add juices back into the pulled pork, plus the BBQ sauce (if required), mix and set aside.  

For the coleslaw, mix together all of the coleslaw ingredients until well combined.

To serve, pile coleslaw on to open buns, top with pulled pork and drizzle of extra BBQ sauce (if required) and the top of the bun. Serve with hot, spicy sweet potato wedges.
