- 1 x Helen Browning’s Pulled Pork with Turmeric, Ginger, Five Spice & Honey
- 4 x Soft Bread Rolls
- 4tbsp x BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 x Red cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 x carrot, grated
- 1 x red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 x red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 90g x mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp x soy sauce
Helen Browning’s Pulled Pork with Turmeric, Ginger, Five Spice & Honey is already lovingly precooked to save you time. To reheat, preheat the oven to 180oC. Empty the contents of the pack into an ovenproof dish. Cook for 30 minutes until piping hot. Remove pork from its juices and pull into pieces with 2 forks. add juices back into the pulled pork, mix and serve. Some cooking times may vary.
For the coleslaw, mix together all of the coleslaw ingredients until well combined.
To serve, pile the pork on a serving plate and spoon the coleslaw next to it. Serve with white rolls and barbecue sauce to taste.
