This delicious cocktail is sugar free, low in calories and low alcohol. It is also the perfect refreshment for summer parties, barbecues and anytime you want a long guilt-free grownup drink. Adding a few slices of cucumber for extra freshness is key to bringing out the gin’s citrus depths.
- 50ml Helen Browning’s organic sea buckthorn and pear gin
- 1 large lime
- 200ml sparkling water
- ice cubes
- cucumber slices, lime slices and fresh mint
Slice the cucumber and juice the lime.
Place a few ice cubes into two glasses. Add gin, lime juice, cucumber slices and top them with sparkling water. Add more lime juice or sparkling water to taste.
Garnish with fresh lime slices, cucumber and mint. Enjoy!
