Various sizes of beef fillet – whole uncut, or part of a fillet, all chain off, tail on organic beef – cut into steaks yourself, or as a showstopping roasting joint. Perfect for a traditional Beef Wellington or a simple carpaccio.

Smaller pieces could be from any part of the fillet. Larger pieces (over 1.3kg) will more likely be whole fillets and more representative of the photos.
