Produced from organic, outdoor bred and reared pigs raised to the highest welfare standards. We even feed our pigs at Eastbrook Farm on the organic fruit and veg leftovers from Abel and Cole!

Storage

Keep in the fridge below 5?C and use by the date on the label. Once opened use within 3 days. Whole, sliced or diced ham can be safely frozen for up to two months. The safest way to defrost frozen ham is to place it in the refrigerator. Once defrosted the product should be consumed within 24 hours.
