British gin from a forest garden

A traditional organic London Dry Gin hand distilled in beautiful copper stills in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, inspired by the botanicals and flora found on Helen’s organic farm on the heritage Ridgeway.

If you want proof that all gins are not created equal, Helen Brownings Organic Gin is my favourite example. Obviously you have the juniper base but on top of that you get other distinctive flavours coming through. I think Buckthorn is one of them.
I also appreciate that the brand is truly organic ( I buy their other products) and I like that they seem to walk the walk on sustainability, not just talk the talk.
This is a special gin, not cheap, but worth it.

Really lovely gin – smooth with a subtle citrus flavour.

Refreshing taste. Good way of enjoying a tipple in a more sustainable fashion.
