    Excellent minced pork!
I wanted something different than beef mince for our lasagne and this sounded a good idea. Well, it really was great! Fried well and then cooked in tomato sauce for a bit before assembling the lasagne. I did add a beef stock pot for some authentic flavour but saying that – pork meat was a good change to the usual beef 🙂 lovely quality produce, my kids commented how nice this was.
