Cooking suggestion:
Chicken Tikka Balti: Slice chicken breasts into 3 or 4 fillets, add a little oil to a pan, sear chicken fillets for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Pour contents of jar over chicken, bring temperature up to a gentle simmer and cover. Simmer gently for 17 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Chickpea Tikka Balti: Heat the sauce in a pan or in a dish in the oven until simmering gently, add the chickpeas and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

I’m more of a cook from scratch kind of person but this was a really excellent sauce. A great quick and easy dinner with left over roast chicken dinner from the weekend. When you haven’t got time (or the inclination!) to produce an authentic curry yourself this is an excellent substitute.
