Organic Corned Beef

This corned beef is very different to a tinned version – it has a lovely rich, buttery texture that makes it a versatile and tasty store cupboard essential – delicious and ready to use. Ideal for salads, sandwiches, snacks, parties, picnics and lunches. No tin – no key – no cut fingers (if you’re old enough to remember!). Store as an ambient product but once opened must be refrigerated and eaten within 3 days.

Good Beef
Part of this wonderful story is that this product allows us to raise dairy-bred, grass-fed beef animals profitably – steak cuts and mince use only part of the beef carcass and they are popular family essentials. Corned Beef is made from less popular whole cuts, such as brisket, that respond beautifully to being slow cooked.

Good Beef is a by-product of our glorious dairy herds, so it has a much lower carbon footprint compared to beef produced from ‘suckler’ systems where a cow just rears one calf each year. Our Good Beef cattle live for about two years in our idyllic countryside, developing wonderful flavour on these rich, diverse pastures. Research shows that organic meat is beneficial to our health, so as well as being a high welfare, lower carbon and good for nature approach, Good Beef is better for us too.
