A tender, flavoursome beef that has been slow cooked for 4 hours to give you perfectly pink, tender beef. Eat hot or cold – perfect for sandwiches or an effortless showstopper roast. Approx.1kg
Cold: Simply remove the packaging, pour off the liquid and slice!
Hot: Preheat oven to 180°C, remove packaging, pour off the liquid (or add to your sauce/gravy). Season the beef generously with salt & pepper and sear on all sides in a frying pan with a few knobs of butter. Pop in the oven for 25 minutes then remove and allow the beef to rest for 8-10 minutes and serve as desired.

Fantastic! I always overcook topside and end up with something resembling shoe leather. But not this time! With a flourish I could serve up perfectly pink slices of delicious roast beef with all the trimmings and none of the stress. Other reviewers say its great cold for sandwiches the next day too but we polished it all off at once!
