1. Promoter
The promoter is Eastbrook Farm Organic Meats Limited, trading as Helen Browning’s Organic Online Shop, company number 03363713, registered office: The Calf House, Cues Lane, Bishopstone, Wiltshire SN6 8PL (“the Promoter”).
  2. Opening and closing dates
The Organic September 2026 Prize Draw opens at 00:00 on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
  3. Who can enter
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, participating prize partners, their immediate families or household members, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of age, identity and UK residency before awarding the prize.
  4. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entrants must complete and submit the Organic September competition entry form on the Helen Browning’s Organic website during the promotional period. Internet access is required. Only one entry per person will be counted. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be included in the draw. Automated, bulk or third-party entries are not permitted.
  5. The prize
There is one main prize, with an approximate total retail value of £333, comprising: a set of six Real Organic cooking sauces, Helen Browning’s Organic Sea Buckthorn Gin and Sylvan Spirits Organic Blackcurrant, with a combined value of £79.50; a HotTea Mama collection including Morning Rescue, Over The Moon, Head Start, Take A Pause, Get Up & Glow Electrolyte Powder, Collagen Calm Hot Chocolate and Radiant Roast Decaf Coffee, valued at £62.50; a Willy’s collection including Original Apple Cider Vinegar, Eureka Turmeric Apple Cider Vinegar, Fire Cider Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Balsamic Vinegar, Fish & Chip Saucy Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, valued at approximately £60; and one 5-litre tin of Oliváki Early Harvest Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil from The Small Olive Company, valued at £131. The standard prize contains alcohol and will only be supplied to a winner aged 18 or over. Age verification may be required at delivery. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If a particular item becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Alcohol-free alternative: The selected winner may choose an alcohol-free alternative to the alcoholic elements of the Helen Browning’s Organic prize. This will include two bottles of Helen Browning’s Organic Apple & Pear Juice and a selection of fresh organic meat of an equivalent retail value. The remainder of the prize will stay the same.
  6. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. The draw will take place within five working days of the competition closing. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within seven days of the first notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is unable to provide any reasonably requested eligibility information, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random. The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries and winner selection is final.
  7. Prize delivery
The winner will be asked to provide a UK delivery address after accepting the prize. The prize may arrive in more than one delivery and individual elements may be dispatched directly by participating prize partners. The Promoter will aim for all prize elements to be dispatched within 30 days of the winner accepting the prize, subject to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  8. Personal information and competition administration
Personal information submitted to enter the competition will be used by the Promoter to administer the prize draw, validate entries, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize. Entering the competition does not automatically sign an entrant up to marketing communications. The winner’s name, delivery address and other information reasonably required to fulfil the prize may be shared with the relevant participating partner or delivery provider solely for the purpose of delivering the prize.
  9. Optional marketing consent and partner data sharing
Entrants may separately choose whether they would like to receive marketing communications from Helen Browning’s Organic, Real Organic, HotTea Mama, Willy’s and/or Oliváki / The Small Olive Company. Each marketing choice is optional and does not affect an entrant’s chances of winning. Marketing consent boxes must be positively selected by the entrant and will not be pre-ticked. If an entrant chooses to hear from a particular company, the contact information and record of consent necessary for that marketing may be shared only with the corresponding company or brand selected by the entrant. Personal information will not be supplied for marketing purposes to any participating company whose marketing option the entrant did not select. Each participating organisation will be responsible for the information it receives and its own marketing communications. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided by the relevant organisation. This approach reflects ICO guidance that third-party marketing consent should be freely given, granular and name the organisations that will rely on it.
  10. Privacy
Personal information provided to enter the competition will be used by Helen Browning’s Organic to administer the prize draw, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize. Competition information will not be sold to third parties and will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, compliance and record-keeping purposes. Entering the competition does not automatically sign you up to receive marketing emails. Entrants will be given separate, optional choices to receive emails from Helen Browning’s Organic / Real Organic and the participating competition partners. Each choice will clearly identify the organisation that will use the information and the type of emails they may send. Choosing to receive marketing emails is entirely optional and will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning. Where an entrant actively selects a marketing option, their relevant contact details and record of consent may be shared only with the organisation or organisations they have selected. Details will not be shared for marketing purposes with any partner that the entrant has not selected. For each marketing consent, a record will be kept of the wording presented to the entrant, the individual option selected, and the date and time consent was given. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting the relevant organisation directly. Personal information processed by Helen Browning’s Organic and Real Organic will be handled in accordance with the Helen Browning’s Organic Privacy Policy. Each participating partner will process information supplied to it in accordance with its own privacy notice. Links to the relevant privacy notices will be provided alongside each marketing consent option.
  11. Technical problems and invalid entries
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not successfully submitted because of technical failures, internet connection problems or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation of the entry process or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. Changes or cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be made only where reasonably necessary and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
  13. Publicity
The winner will not be required to participate in promotional activity as a condition of receiving the prize. The Promoter may ask the winner whether they are happy for their name and/or photograph to be used in Organic September follow-up communications, but participation will be optional.
  14. Social media
Where the prize draw is promoted on Facebook or Instagram, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
  15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory rights an entrant may have under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
  16. Winner-announcement clause
To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the winner’s surname and county will be available on request for 30 days after the draw. Entrants may object to this information being published or made available, or request that the amount of information is reduced. The Promoter must still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
