The first smell is delicate floral aromas of wild flower meadows and orchards. On tasting, herbaceous and herbal notes, wild berries and fresh honey. Great for sipping neat on or off the rocks or combining with your favourite mixer.

If you want proof that all gins are not created equal, Helen Brownings Organic Gin is my favourite example. Obviously you have the juniper base but on top of that you get other distinctive flavours coming through. I think Buckthorn is one of them.
I also appreciate that the brand is truly organic ( I buy their other products) and I like that they seem to walk the walk on sustainablity, not just talk the talk.
This is a special gin, not cheap, but worth it.
