Subscription FAQs
Do I have to choose a set subscription box?
The choice is yours. Either build your own order from the products in our shop, or choose a set box which gives extra value for money.
How regularly will I receive my order?
Boxes are sent out every month on a recurring basis – usually on a Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday.
Can I change the products in my box from order to order?
The boxes are set to a monthly selection of seasonal products, but if you have any particular preferences please let us know.
Am I tied in?
No. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Please email us at orders@helenbrowningsorganic.co.uk
Do you deliver to my address?
We cover the majority of mainland Britian, but some areas of the Scottish Isles and outlying locations may not be eligible for Next Day Delivery and therefore we can not deliver.
How will my food stay cool?
We deliver your order in temperature controlled recycable boxes, with recyclable ice packs to keep your food chilled for up to 36 hours. If you are not at home to receive your delivery it will remain cool until you are.
