Deliveries

Delivery costs

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for all deliveries to mainland UK. Orders over £100 are delivered free. 

Do you deliver to me?

Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. This excludes the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands.  Some products, particularly fresh foods, may not be able to be sent to these locations due to transit times. If it is possible to arrange delivery to these areas due to the product in question, a surcharge may be payable for deliveries to these locations.

When will my order arrive?

All christmas orders will be dispatch for delivery before the holidays. We confirm dispatch day nearer the time – look out for an email from us. 

How will my order be packed?

Wool lining and iced gel packs keep orders chilled for 48 hours. The majority of orders are despatched on a 24 hours service so please don’t be alarmed if your order arrives later in the day or occasionally delayed a day by the courier. Our packaging is designed for this.

How does my meat stay chilled?

All chilled items are delivered in thermal packaging with chill packs, to remain deliciously cold during the journey and on your doorstep. Our special sustainable thermal packaging can be reused or recycled. We provide a FREE returns label so you can send box, liners and cool packs back to us to clean and reuse. 

What if I am not in when my order arrives?

Unless your order contains spirits, the courier is instructed to leave your parcel on the doorstep or in your safe space. 

Payment

Payment by card

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Exclusive for Christmas

How do I pre-order for Christmas?

Preorders are made from our regular shop – items for Christmas delivery are clearly marked.

Don’t wait too long to order; we have limited supplies.

What if I want to order standard items too?

If you add a Christmas item to your basket, everything in that order will be held for one delivery in time for the big day.

Can I add to my order?

Yes! Simply make a fresh order and choose ‘local pickup’ to avoid paying an additional delivery charge. We will add your orders together for dispatch. 

Christmas deliveries

We will deliver your festive food as close to the big day as possible. Look out for an email message, sent when we can confirm. 

How do I store my turkey?

Remove from outer mail box, and leave your bird in the specially designed turkey box. Do not cover the turkey box or seal in a bag  to allow airflow. Keep in fridge.
