Kate’s Folly
Kate’s Folly is our luxury super king room, with roll top bath in the room itself and separate en-suite shower. Dog friendly.
Downs Barn
Downs Barn is our luxury super king room, situated on the ground floor. A comfortable sofa bed in the room makes it perfect for families. Not suitable for dogs.
Cuckoo Pen
Cuckoo Pen is our luxury super king room with roll top bath. Ideal to accommodate a put me up bed for children. It is adjacent to Barn Field, perfect for families or groups. Not suitable for dogs.
Football Field
Football Field is our super king or twin room situated on the first floor. Ideal to accommodate a put me up bed for children. Not suitable for dogs
Eastbrook Valley
Eastbrook Valley is our luxury super king or twin room. En-suite with roll top bath and shower. Ideal to accommodate a put me up bed and adjacent to Smith’s Bottom. Not suitable for dogs.
Barn Field
Barn Field is our accessible super king or twin room. Adjacent to Cuckoo Pen and ideal to accommodate a put me up bed for children. Dog friendly.
Downs East
Downs East is our super king room situated on the first floor. Ideal to accommodate a put me up bed for children. Dog friendly.
Smith’s Bottom
Smith’s Bottom is our double room on the first floor. It is situated adjacent to Eastbrook Valley, perfect for families or groups booking two rooms together. Not suitable for dogs.
Lower Whitehill
Lower Whitehall is our king room situated on the first floor. Not suitable for dogs.
The Wallow and courtyard
Relax, play or share a few drinks in ‘The Wallow’, our comfortable shared space with tri-fold doors opening out onto a sunny courtyard.
