Sticky pork, red pepper & sesame<\/h2>\n

  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 red onion, sliced<\/li>\n
  • 400g lean pork, diced<\/li>\n
  • 2\u202fred peppers, deseeded and sliced<\/li>\n
  • 1\u202ftbsp sesame seeds<\/li>\n
  • 1\u202ftsp Chinese Five Spice powder<\/li>\n
  • 3\u202ftbsp Soy Sauce<\/li>\n
  • 1\u202ftbsp maple syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and add the onion. Fry for 2 minutes then add the pork and peppers, and stir fry for 4 minutes. Stir in the sesame seeds, Chinese Five Spice powder, Soy Sauce and maple syrup. Stir fry for 2 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Serve with rice or noodles, and an extra sprinkle of sesame seed to garnish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
