Helen Browning’s Organic Smoked Streaky Bacon: Dry cured lightly smoked back bacon made from organic pork. Traditionally dry cured by hand then lightly smoked using fricton smoked FSC beech blocks.

Bring to room temperature. Grill or fry for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure bacon is piping hot before serving.

♥ Made in a traditional dry method by hand, cured for 10 days to give a proper bacon taste

♥ No added water or phosphates, so you get real bacon that does not produce white froth when cooked.
