Pork steaks with lemon & garlic

A simple yet flavoursome mid-week meal for everyone to enjoy.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 x pack of Helen Browning’s Organic Pork Steaks
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Crushed Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lemon

Method

Step 1

Drizzle the steaks with the olive oil.

Step 2

Sprinkle over the garlic, salt & pepper and lemon juice from half a lemon

Step 3

Rub the marinade well into both sides of the steaks.

Step 4

Place the steaks in a hot frying pan and cook for about 8 minutes, turning regularly.

Step 5

Once cooked, let them rest for a couple of minutes

Step 6

Serve with a jacket potato and a fresh green salad.
