This recipe is perfect for a quick and tempting treat, and with an added kick of chilli, what’s not to like? Roast the pork belly in the oven at 180°C until golden brown and crispy.
Using a pestle and mortar, crush the garlic and chillies into a rough paste.
Heat the oil in a wok set over a medium heat. When hot, add the chilli and garlic paste and stir fry for a few seconds. Cut the pork into cubes and add to the pan with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, stock, and sugar.
Fry for a further minute, then add the beans.
Add the basil leaves and stir for 30 seconds, then serve piping hot with cooked rice.
