This new range has been lovingly sous vide for 12 hours, cooked to perfection, so all you need to do is pop them in the oven for 30 minutes when you get in the door. Currently stocked in Helen Browning’s online shop plus Abel & Cole this new range embraces everything we love about Autumn – cosy, comforting, deliciously tasty, nourishing social food.
This slow cooked pork range gives you social, celebratory food with all the hard work taken out. Pork is a national treasure and this is pork at its best. They serve between 2 – 6 people depending on how you decide to serve and how hungry you all are!
Helen works with other farmers across the South of England producing great tasting organic British pork – slow cooked with a variety of flavours which infuse over 12 hours giving deeper taste results than with virtually any other method. 6 fabulous flavours
We’re now combining everything—the pigs, the cows and calves, the landscapes, the wildlife—deer, owls, badgers, flora and fauna generally, although not all of it appears on cue. Our colleague James Andrews, expert at wildlife photography among other skills, will lead the ‘Safari’ tours, in the red land rover
We have set up a farm shop at the Royal Oak in Bishopstone for groceries, organic meat and freshly prepared meals to take-away during the current restrictions on in-house dining. Please see our social media for updates and a full list of available produce.
