Eastbrook Farm Organic Meats (the part of the business that makes the bacon) are expanding. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations and Supply Chain Manager to join our small, imperfectly formed team. You will need to be highly analytical, a good problem solver and be able to think on your feet. You should love a good spreadsheet and be someone who is always looking for ways to stream line processes and automate things that seem impossible to automate.
Your main job as the operations and supply chain manager will be to manage all our raw materials from the farm through to our end customers via our manufacturers. This involves managing livestock and production and liaising with third parties to ensure a seamless supply chain. This role is a pivotal one for the success of the business and requires a high level of analytical skill, judgment and accountability for achieving the business objectives and results.
