  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Pile the speedy sausages in groups of three and wrap a piece of bacon around each trio. Arrange on a baking tray and brush or drizzle with the oil. Roast in the oven for 30-35 mins until the chipolatas are golden and the bacon is crisp.

Be extra prepared, create these a day or two in advance and keep on a baking tray in the fridge.
