Organic Smoked Back Bacon


Dry cured lightly smoked back bacon made from organic pork. Traditionally dry cured by hand then lightly smoked using fricton smoked FSC beech blocks. Brilliant for brunch, breakfasts, and the best homemade meals.

Grill or fry for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure bacon is piping hot before serving.

Helen Browning’s saddleback pigs enjoy a natural diet, free from unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics or GM feed. They spend their days outdoors in family groups on organic pasture and are certified 100% organic by the Soil Association.

Store in the fridge between 0-5C. Once opened use within 3 days. Ideal for home freezing. If freezing do so on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost throughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
