A tender, flavoursome beef that has been slow cooked for 4 hours to give you perfectly pink, tender beef. Eat hot or cold – perfect for sandwiches or an effortless showstopper roast. Approx.1kg
Cold: Simply remove the packaging, pour off the liquid and slice!
Hot: Preheat oven to 180°C, remove packaging, pour off the liquid (or add to your sauce/gravy). Season the beef generously with salt & pepper and sear on all sides in a frying pan with a few knobs of butter. Pop in the oven for 25 minutes then remove and allow the beef to rest for 8-10 minutes and serve as desired.

This product has been slow cooked to give you perfectly pink beef every time. You can eat this product hot / cold. To reheat, sear in a pan of butter on all sides for 5 minutes, preheat the oven to 180°C. Place beef on a tray or in an oven proof dish and cook for approximately 25 mins or until piping hot.
