Helen Browning’s Organic Cooking Chorizo is a spanish-style smoked pork sausage flavoured with paprika and garlic. Made from high-welfare, free range pork, certified organic. Ideal for keeping handy in the fridge to add warmth to many dishes.
Incredibly versatile and easy to cook, this soft, cured sausage can be baked, grilled, fried, poached or thrown in a casserole with equally good results. A must for adding a mediterranean flavour to Paella and delicious with barbequed chicken.
